COLUMBUS, GA. (March 25, 2019) - Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley (BGCCV) is accepting quotes from Food Service Management Companies for food items for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The service area of suppliers is Muscogee County, Columbus, GA. Items to submit quote on are meals and snack items. The small purchase procurement agreement will take effect May 28, 2019 and end on July 26, 2019. Quotes will be received no later than 12:00 p.m., Friday April 5, 2019

Quotes received after the deadline or in any location other than 1700 Buena Vista Road will not be considered. All agreements are subject to be reviewed by Bright From the Start. SFSP program is administered by the Bright from the Start with the state of Georgia. SFSP is a federally funded program that reimburses providers for serving nutritious meals to children during the summer. The potential food vendor will prepare all meals at an off-site location. Meals will be delivered to the following locations: (see chart below).
We operate Monday through Friday. We serve 475 meals and 530 snacks daily.
