JOB SUMARY
The Director of Grants & Compliance serves as the primary staff member to identify, apply for and manage reporting and compliance with federal, state and private grants supporting the organization. The Director collaborates with other staff and community partners to create compelling grant proposals and funding requests, track results, produce progress reports and ensure the organization complies with grant requirements. This individual is expected to promote quality, growth, safety and cost-effective management of resources.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Vice President & Chief of Staff provides organization-wide leadership to position the Boys & Girls Club of the Chattahoochee Valley as the premier youth development organization in the region. This senior leader is the “second-in-command” position for the organization responsible for increasing youth participation, improving youth development outcomes, increasing organizational resources and managing all senior staff and departmental leaders. In addition to providing strategic direction and operational oversight, the Chief of Staff helps identify future partnership opportunities and manages relationships with key donors, vendors and community partners.
