How do I register my child?

Registration is complete once all paperwork is filled out and turned in and payment is received from the Club your child will be attending. Call us for more information, or click below.

What is the cost?

The cost is $65 per child (ages 6-12) per school year. Teens (ages 13-18) are welcome for free. Summer costs are extra and vary per club. 

How do I pay?

Forms of payment accepted are debit, credit, and money orders. Membership is completed once payment is received by the selected club.

Are there any discounts?

Active military families' membership fee is waived. Membership fees are also waived for youth with Amerigroup Insurance.

Is there a weekly/monthly fee?

No. There are no weekly or monthly fees.

  • Do you provide scholarships?

    Scholarships are reviewed by a committee and are dependent on availability.

  • Are meals/snacks provided?

    Meals and snacks are provided at no additional cost. The USDA is an qual opportunity provider.

  • Is transportation provided?

    Transportation costs $50 Per year. Transportation is on a first come, first serve basis. Transportation home from the Club is only provided at select clubs. 

  • Are you open on breaks/holidays?

    BGCCV remains open on spring break and summer vacation. We are closed on corresponding MCSD school holidays and teacher work days as well as the week of July 4th.

  • Is there homework tutoring?

    Youth are provided homework assistance during Power Hour. Tutoring is on a case by case basis and dependent on volunteers.

  • Is attendance required?

    Attendance is not required. However, we recommend your child attends as much as possible to receive the best Boys & Girls Clubs experience. 

  • Are programs age-specific?

    Our programs are divided into age-appropriate groups. 

  • Are there any sports teams?

    Athletic and sports programs are available at every Club. You must be a member of the Club to participate in a sports team.
