PART-TIME POSITIONS-Time Positions

Primary function:To assist the program director with programs and activities in the assigned area. including instruction and supervision.

Key Roles:

~To develop, plan, implement and evaluate program goals and objectives in close cooperation with the program director. These goals and objectives will be consistent with the established standards, philosophy and purpose of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley

~Create, initiate, and conduct programs and activities that fit the needs of the youth.

~To submit requests for needed supplies to the program director

~To plan, organize implement and evaluate programs in the assigned areas

Prepare youth for success

· Creates an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.

· Promotes and stimulates daily teen programs participation as well as participation in designated national and special events programs. Programming should be appropriate, in correlation with our organizational values, and yield active engagement from members and staff involved.

· Orients new members to teen programs, special events, and opportunities as well as to club safety, program and disciplinary rules.

· Provides guidance and role modeling to members, which includes adherence to dress code

FULL-TIME POSITIONS-Time Positions

We are seeking qualified Director, Nutrition Services to provide oversight of all training and compliance for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley (BGCCV). The Director is responsible for the enforcement and compliance of all local, state, and federal requirements and guidelines related to Food Service. The kitchen manager will lead the operations and production of the meal preparation on a daily basis. S/he will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure proper program implementation, documentation, compliance, and billing. The Director, Nutrition Serviceswill report to the Senior Director, Strategic Development.

The Director, Teen Services holds a strategic position overseeing programs and initiatives tailored for the teenage demographic across multiple all Boys & Girls Club locations. Their role is pivotal in crafting and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for teens across all clubs, aimed at nurturing growth, development, engagement, and empowerment.
